Who we Are
WTIR is an open access, peer reviewed journal that showcases examples, case studies, and best practices of Western Canadian organizations doing innovative things with their talent.
WTIR is published by Western Talent & Innovation Review in Calgary, Alberta
All articles submitted to WTIR are done so with the understanding that all copyrights belong to the attributed author(s), who is (are) solely responsible for the content. These articles are considered to have been licensed to WTIR under the Creative Commons “Attribution - Non Commercial - No Derivatives” License. A copy of this license can be found here
WTIR was started by conversations. Conversations about why we read so much about places like Silicon Valley and very little about organizations in our own backyard (Western Canada). We live in one of the most unique economies in the world, that is undergoing immense change every day. Organizations are managing their talent in unique ways, and we want to uncover what they are doing. Then, we want to share those ideas with the world!
