WTIR was started by conversations. Conversations about why we read so much about places like Silicon Valley and very little about organizations in our own backyard (Western Canada). We live in one of the most unique economies in the world, that is undergoing immense change every day. Organizations are managing their talent in unique ways, and we want to uncover what they are doing. Then, we want to share those ideas with the world!
